I’m Avneet, and I’m from the west coast (BC). I work in outreach and overdose response. I studied Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, and Psychology — but more than anything, I care about mental health and finding better ways to support it.

I’ve been in school for a long time (and I’m still learning!), so I really want to share what I’ve picked up along the way to help others who are thinking about college or university. One of my biggest goals is to break the stigma around mental health in South Asian and immigrant communities and help make support more accessible for everyone.
